1. Is your sheepskin real? How to check difference?
Yes, all our rugs are real sheepskin, not artificial or fabric fake.
We use New Zealand and Australian sheepskins, from healthy free-range sheep.
Fiber is longer and clean, every batch same quality.
Our China sheepskin rug factory can also show photo of raw hides and tanning process for your checking.
2. How do you control quality for export orders?
We do eco tanning by ourself, not buy ready tanned skins outside.
Each step under control: raw material → tanning → drying → cutting → sewing → packing.
Before shipment, our QC team take photo and report every batch.
If anything happen, we can trace which worker and which day make it.
Also, we can send pre-shipment sample for your approval before pack all goods.
3. What certificates or eco standards you follow?
We are chrome-free and eco tanning supplier, using safe and clean chemicals.
All dyes and chemicals meet EU REACH and OEKO-TEX Leather Standard.
No bad smell, no irritation, safe for baby and pet.
We also can offer wool origin certificate from New Zealand or Australia with export documents.
4. What’s your MOQ and delivery time?
For most natural sheepskin rugs, MOQ is 50–100 pcs each color or size.
Small test order also fine, we understand buyer want to test first.
Normal production time 25–30 days after deposit.
Special color or custom backing maybe few days more.
We try to ship faster when season start.
5. How you pack the sheepskin rugs? Will it get wet during sea shipping?
No worry.
We pack each rug in plastic bag with waterproof inner film, then put into strong export carton.
We also add dry bag inside container to keep dry.
We export to Europe, USA, Japan, Middle east, etc — still good when open, no bad smell, wool stay soft and fluffy.
Our China sheepskin rug factory always check every shipment carefully.
