Two production options
Whole skin version
Made from one complete sheepskin.
This type is usually finished without back lining, leaving the natural leather side visible.
Many buyers prefer this version for its natural look and material honesty.
Combined skin version
Made from one or two large main sheepskin, with small matching pieces added where needed (see example in image).
We select similar wool curl and color, and use larger pieces as much as possible, so the wool surface looks even and balanced.
Back lining options (for combined version)
For seat pads with stitching, we can add different backings based on customer use:
Cotton fabric backing
Non-slip dotted fabric
Quilted fabric with sponge inside
All options are for better stability and seating comfort.
Stitching is done by experienced workers, seams are firm and suitable for daily use.
