Long enough in the sheepskin business, we have seen trends come and pass. When first touching actual wool, people still react with a slow pause and a soft smile. It seems genuine, since it is.
Every day, we sort, trim, tan, and finish sheepskin. Curly wool, shorn wool, and long wool. Some hides have a tight, springy quality; others have a smooth, flowing feel. Everybody has a unique personality. Synthetic materials don't give that.
New Zealand and Australia deliver our raw materials. Every batch can be tracked, and all of the hides we use are eco-tanned—that is, they do not have strong smells or harsh chemicals.
We have taken these actions because we are committed to producing reliable, durable, safe goods.
Real sheepskin provides both physical and emotional comfort, whether it is used as a bean bag in a child's playroom, a medical pad on a hospital bed, or a footstool in a living room. It's warm, but not hot. Strong but soft.
Sheepskin is not thought of as a luxury by us. We consider it to be natural. timeless. A material that just works and always has.
Which will age better if you have to choose between real and artificial? In five years, which will your customer still love?
The answer has always been the same for us.
